Pond Perfections Returns and Refunds Policy


Our returns policy is eligible for 30 days. After 30 days from your date of purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Water quality products (water dye, bacteria, or pellets) may not be returned. Items such as fountains, aeration systems, ice eaters, and aquatic weed blowers can not be accepted back if they have been placed in the water. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our location and paying for the return shipping. The exception to this would be in case of any manufacturer defects covered within the product warranty. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed for the amount of purchase less our initial shipping cost to you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less our initial shipping cost.
